One day, one discipline.  50€

Family members: the first one pays 100%, the second one 50%, the third one 50%, the forth one is free of charge.

Children/Teenagers:

from 10 years old up to 14 years old

Saturday morning until lunch time.

Fee : 60€ Saturday + Sunday. One day 35€

If the child wants to take part to the complete seminar, he is considered as an adult.

It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to respect the dates when you are asked to provide the registration information.

Registration by April 15th with 50% deposit minimum, balance byMay 1st 2023!

Registration on the day of the seminar:

Fee for the seminar  +50€ for adults

+10€ for children

Maximum number of participants:

Limited to 100 participants!

Accommodation:on site (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Single : 55 € ( room + breakfast + dinner)

Double : 45 € per person ( room + breakfast + dinner )

Triple/Quadruple 40 € per person ( room + breakfast + dinner)

Food :  During the seminar sandwiches and drinks are available.

Every evening, a dinner is served for the people sleeping at the sports centre.

Official dinner : For everyone : Saturday evening at 19:00

The official dinner will be organised at the "Maison du Village" in Chiny.

Price: 30€ + drinks

TAXI : A TAXI service will be organised for people from Marbehan train station ( Belgium) Time of your arrival at the station must be said in advance.

Registration:

1° Each club leader centralizes the list of the member taking part in the seminar and sends the list to valmy@bluewin.ch. Each club leader makes a global payment for the members of the club participating. It is compulsory to respect the deadline for the registration and payment.

2° Every other person can register directly to  valmy@bluewin.ch . Only upon receipt of payment is the registration taken into account. Please put your name and club name in your reference pf payment.

All the registrations will be done via the EXCEL file attached, we do not accept any other form of registration. Thank you for your understanding.
